Beach Properties Celebrates 20th Anniversary with 20 Days of Giving

Beach Properties of Hilton Head will be celebrating their 20th year in business this April. In honor of this achievement, the company will highlight their role as a community partner by conducting 20 Days of Giving with local, not-for-profit organizations.

Over the course of the last few months, representatives from the company reached out to twenty, local not-for-profit organizations who directly impact Hilton Head Island residents. Each organization was asked to name a needed item or a volunteer project Beach Property’s employees could work on. Beach Properties used this list, along with the assistance of employees, vendors and guests, to fulfill the needs of each organization. This included donating tooth care items to Deep Well; collecting and donating dog and cat food for the Palmetto Animal League; assisting the Hilton Head Humane Society’s Litter Box Thrift Store with the organization, pricing and display of items for sale; donation of 20 blankets to the American Red Cross; and time spent assisting Habitat for Humanity in the building of a home here on Hilton Head Island. To further assist these very worthwhile organizations, each Monday through Friday, during April, a different not-for-profit organization will be featured on the Beach Properties Facebook page.

“Being a good community partner is an important part of our corporate culture, and we have been giving back to our community since the start of Beach Properties in 1995,” stated Brett Frederick, General Manager. “We are honored to work with each of these twenty organizations this April, and will continue our support going forward.”

If you are interested in getting involved, the company is holding drives for food, cleaning supplies, laboratory equipment, art supplies, classroom supplies and books. New and slightly used items can be dropped off at their office located at 64 Arrow Road, Hilton Head Island. The office is open Monday – Saturday, 10 AM – 5PM.
